About Us

Planning for the financial needs of you and your family.

Wye Financial & Trust is a division of CNB and a member of Shore Bancshares community of companies, the largest independent financial services company that offers banking, insurance and wealth management services to families and businesses on the Delmarva Peninsula.  As a $1.2 billion-asset financial holding company, the Shore Bancshares community of companies also includes The Talbot Bank, Avon-Dixon Agency, LLC, Elliott Wilson Insurance, Freestate and Son and Jack Martin & Associates.

As a division of CNB, our history reaches back to 1876 when Centreville National Bank opened its doors to business. In 1996, The Centreville National Bank formed Shore Bancshares, who in turn created Wye Financial Services, LLC, in 2002. Wye Financial & Trust (formerly operated as Wye Financial Services, LLC) was formed as a division of The Centreville National Bank of Maryland in 2005.

Personal, relationship-based customer service is at the core of Wye Financial & Trustís philosophy and distinguishes our small and independent investment team. We live and work in the communities we serve.
