For fraud prevention purposes, we find it necessary to block Visa Debit Card transactions from certain countries, locations and/or merchants from time to time.  Click here for a complete and up-to-date list of countries, locations and/or merchants currently blocked.

Fraud Prevention Service

In our effort to keep your accounts secure, we monitor your card activity 24/7 and will automatically “freeze” your card in the event we detect any unusual activity. In the event we are unable to contact you by phone, we will send a text notification for you to respond to any unusual activity. Please remember we will never ask for your PIN or account number. More details about this service can be found in our Online Banking Center or by calling 410-820-6840. 

ATM Cards

In today fast pace world you want convenient access to your money anywhere or anytime. Why carry cash when you can access your account using your ATM card to:

To avoid ATM service fees use an ATM owned by the Talbot Bank or CNB. Cards issued by another financial institution are subject to transaction fees.

Deposits made before 2:00 p.m. on a business day will be posted to your account the same business day. Deposits made after 2:00 p.m. will be posted the next business day.

*To Report a lost or stolen ATM or Visa DEBIT CARD:

Immediately deactivate your card by calling 866-546-8273 or 410-770-9120 (InTouch telephone banking option 6).  Please do not send an e-mail to report a lost or stolen card.  

* Visa’s Zero Liability Policy covers U.S.-issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa, or certain commercial card transactions. Subject to timeliness of notification by cardholder of unauthorized use.
