Personal Financial Manager (PFM)

Personal Financial Manager can help you keep track of all your accounts, track spending, set up budgets, and manage debt in a safe and secure environment.

PFM is FREE and available to our online banking customers.  Make managing your finances fast and easy!

  • Access all of your accounts using one login
  • Create a budget that works for you
  • Gain control of your expenses to help manage debt
  • Calculate net worth using the balance of your assets and debts

In minutes you can see where you are spending your money, how your investments are performing and where you can save money.

To use this service all you need is:

  • An active online banking account with Talbot Bank
  • A valid e-mail address
  • Agree to the PFM terms and conditions
  • Log in at least once every 30 days to keep your account up to date
  • Provide the username and password for each online account you want to add to PFM

Bill Payment

  • Bill Payment is free for the first Access ID on the account. 
  • Additional Access IDs may be issued at a cost of $5.95 each per month.

Expedited Payments

Did you forget to pay a bill?

Expedited bill payment allows you to pay your bills the same day or overnight.  Log in to your Online Banking account to schedule an expedited payment.

Same Day or Overnight Expedited Payment Fee:  $14.95

Person to Person Payments

Person to Person payments allow you to securely send funds to anyone in the US through Popmoney. 

To send funds, follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to your Online Banking account and select Payments.
  • Click on the Popmoney tab within the payment center.
  • Select the account you would like the money to be debited from and enter the payee's mobile phone number, email address or bank account information.
  • Choose the amount and date you wish to send the money and select send.

Person to Person Payment Fee:  $1.00

Optional Online Banking Services include: 


eStatements are a secure online version of your statement that allows you to view, search, save and print. eStatements are fast, convenient, secure and environmentally friendly. 

With eStatements you can: 

  • View a rolling 24 months of statements 
  • Print or save your statements to your computer 
  • View the front and back of checks 
  • Receive e-mail notifications when your statement is available to view 

Enroll Now 

Enroll in eStatements today by logging in to your Online Banking account using your access ID and passcode. Go to User Services\eStatements to complete the online enrollment process. If you are not currently a Talbot Bank Online banking customer you will need to sign up for our Online Banking service before you can enroll into eStatements. Mobile Banking 

Mobile banking allows you the freedom and convenience to manage your accounts anytime, anywhere. Mobile banking is available free to customers currently enrolled in Online Banking. With Mobile Banking you can view your account balances, activity, make transfers, pay bills and search for ATM and branch locations using your mobile device.*

To Enroll in Mobile Banking 

Before enrolling for the Mobile Banking service you must have an active bank account with The Talbot Bank, Online Banking Access ID/Passcode and a mobile device that supports web browsing. To get started you will need to: 

  • Log in to your Online Banking Account and go to User Services\ Mobile Enrollment 
  • Enroll your phone number and mobile carrier service 
  • Read and accept the Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions 
  • Select Text Banking, Mobile Banking or both 
  • A 6-digit activation code that must be used within 24 hours, will be sent to your mobile device

No Smartphone, no problem! Access your accounts by using simple text commands. 

To Enroll in Mobile Text Banking 

  • Log in to your Online Banking Account and go to User Services/Mobile Enrollment 
  • Enroll your Phone Number and mobile carrier service 
  • Read and accept the Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions 
  • Select the Text Banking option  
  • A 6-digit activation code, that must be used within 24 hours, will be sent to your mobile device to complete the enrollment process
  • To access your account information send a text to 96865 and use one of the following commands below:
